No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Std XII Maths & Stats Formula Book PWA, all sales are considered final. The one-time fee of Rs. 99 is strictly non-refundable.
Because the app grants immediate, offline access to our proprietary educational content upon purchase, we cannot issue refunds once a transaction has been successfully processed.
Cancellation
As this is a single one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription, cancellations are not applicable. Once the payment is made, lifetime access to the current version of the app is yours.
Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails and money is debited from your account but access is not granted, the amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days. If the issue persists, please contact us at contact@install-now.app.
